      <div class="title_division">How can I safely maintain my customized Progressive Die Wizard libraries from release-to-release?</div>
      <p class="para_division">From NX 3 forward, the running images are separate from the Engineering database. That is, Progressive Die Wizard running images are installed along with NX, while the Engineering database is installed on a separate Progressive Die Wizard CD. When you prepare to install a new NX release, and you have a customized database of part files or spreadsheets, <em>DO NOT</em> overwrite them by installing the new Engineering database CD. Instead, set your PDW_DIR variable to point to your existing Engineering database folder. This will allow you to install current maintenance and newer releases while maintaining your customized database.
