      <p class="para_topic">On the Sub_Insert Design dialog box, pick the Insert Envelop radio button to display the options for creating a sub-insert using the insert envelope method.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Create Envelope</div>
      <p class="para_division">The first step for sub-insert design is to create the envelope. Click the Envelope button to display the Envelope dialog box.  The Envelope dialog contains the following toggles, options, and buttons:</p>

               <p class="para_td">Definition Method</p>

               <p class="para_td">Envelopes can be created by two methods:</p>
               <ul>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">By selecting extremity faces</p>
                  </li>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">By creating the envelope at the WCS origin with dimensional input.</p>
                  </li>
               </ul>
               <p class="para_td">Click the Definition Method button to choose your preferred method. After selecting the faces to be contained within the envelope and clicking Apply, an envelope is created.&nbsp;</p>
               <p class="para_td">Envelopes created by either method can be resized and repositioned using the dimensional control method.&nbsp;</p>

               <p class="para_td">A bitmap image is provided as a key to the envelope dimensions. User-defined envelope shapes may also register their own bitmap key.</p>

               <p class="para_td">All controlling expressions of an envelope are shown in this area. The values correspond to the data that you select from Edit Database. Only one unique data record is found and placed into this area. You can modify these expressions for customization.</p>

               <p class="para_td">When you select an expression from the expression list, it's placed into this field for modification. By editing these expressions you can customize the envelope dimensions.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Reposition</p>
            </td>
            <td bgcolor="#f7f7f7" colspan="1" rowspan="1" width="73%">
               <p class="para_td">You can edit the envelope position using this function in the edit mode. The highlighted envelope will be transformed at a distance, or rotated along a selected axis, typically the ZC+ axis. You can switch between the Transform and Rotate modes to reposition an envelope.</p>
               <p class="para_td">You can input the distance to transform an envelope in the X,Y,Z text fields, or drag the slider to move the envelope in the X,Y,Z directions.&nbsp;</p>
               <p class="para_td">You can also select the From Point to Point button. You will be asked to select a from point and a destination point. The distance is shown in the X,Y,Z field.</p>
               <p class="para_td">To rotate the envelope along a specified axis, select the Rotate mode.</p>
            </td>

               <p class="para_td">Envelope models, controlling spreadsheets, and bitmap images must be registered in the Mold Wizard electrode application to make them accessible from the Sub-Insert Design dialog box. </p>

      </table><br><div class="title_division">Create Head</div>
      <p class="para_division">The second design step is shaping the envelope to create the sub-insert head. Three methods are provided to shape the head:</p>

         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Trim by Solid Face</p>

      </ul>
      <p class="para_division">Click the Head button to display the Head dialog box.  The Head dialog contains the following toggles, options, and buttons:</p>

               <p class="para_td">Trim by Solid Face</p>

               <p class="para_td">Allows you to trim a body with a face from a sheet or solid. If the selected face is not large enough to trim the target body, it is extended to complete the trim.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Intersection</p>

               <p class="para_td">The intersection operation performs a solid Boolean intersection. This operation is not associative.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Selection Steps</p>

               <p class="para_td">The Selection Steps buttons are used in the head shaping operation described above. The left button lets you select the tool bodies and the right button lets you select the target objects.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Extrude Edges to Sheet</p>

               <p class="para_td">After you select the first edge, this dialog prompts you for the direction to start the selection of edges. If only the first edge is required for extrusion, choose Selection complete.</p>
               <p class="para_td">Every time an edge is selected, you will be prompted to select a following edge. You can choose to accept the newly highlighted following edge or choose another one either by selecting it or by clicking Next edge.</p>
               <p class="para_td">When the edge selection is complete, you're prompted to input the extrusion parameters for the start and end distance.</p>
            </td>
         </tr>
      </table><br><div class="title_division">Create Foot (Body)</div>
      <p class="para_division">The third design step creates a body/foot for the sub-insert head.&nbsp;</p>

            <p class="para_item">First, select reference faces. All the reasonable dimensions for the foot according to the head size are displayed in the expression list.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">After you click OK/Apply, a new component is created and insert heads are waved to the component. Finally, the heads and foot are united.</p>
         </li>
      </ol>
      <p class="para_division">Click the Foot button to display the Foot dialog box.  The Foot dialog contains the following toggles, options, and buttons:</p>
