      <p class="para_topic">The Auto Create Notes function lets you automatically create notes on the drawing for the holes after you create the hole report. The notes consist of the note ID for the hole. You can then add annotation text to the ID, if needed.</p>

      <p class="para_topic">When you pick the Auto Create Notes button, the Auto Create Notes dialog is displayed. You're prompted to select a hole report from the graphics area. You then select a view from either the graphics area or from the list in the dialog box. </p>
      <p class="para_topic">The dialog has a Drawings pull-down menu so you can select the hole report on one drawing sheet and the view on another drawing sheet. Pick the drawing sheet that has the hole report, then the one that has the view.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The Hole Report function automatically creates notes for the holes identified in the hole report. The notes use the hole category and the hole ID as an identifier. For example, if the hole is in category A and the hole ID is 3, then the note is A-3.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The function makes a best effort to place the note next to the hole in the selected view. However, some of the notes may be improperly placed and require you to manually move them to the desired location.</p>
