      <p class="para_topic"> The <b class="uiTerm">NX Tooling </b> products, <b class="uiTerm">Mold Wizard</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Progressive Die Wizard</b>, and <b class="uiTerm"> Electrode Design</b>, share a suite of design tools that allow you to easily create and modify box-shaped solids. In <b class="uiTerm">NX Tooling</b>, box shapes are used to isolate specific areas on a part model.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">The following table describes the tools that are shared across <b class="uiTerm">NX Tooling</b> applications.

                  <p class="para_td">Allows you to create a bounding box around a solid area using either the <b class="uiTerm">Face</b> or <b class="uiTerm">General </b> option on the <b class="uiTerm">Create Box </b> dialog.
                  </p>
                  <p class="para_td">The <b class="uiTerm">Face</b> option allows you to select reference faces to create a temporary bounding box based on the orientation of the faces. When the box appears, you can enter offset values in the dynamic input fields, or you can click and drag any of the six arrow handles to modify the shape of the box in any direction. The bounding box will be associated with the referenced faces and aligned with the current WCS. If you want to hide the dynamic input fields, press F3.
                  </p>
                  <p class="para_td">The <b class="uiTerm">General</b> option allows you to select reference points to create a temporary bounding box. The general box provides 3 arrow handles to modify the box shape in the X, Y, and Z directions, and a handle to change the box location.

                  <p class="para_td">Allows you to employ different methods to create a solid. For example, if you are using <b class="uiTerm">Electrode Design</b>, you can use <b class="uiTerm">Trim Solid</b> to define the sparking area, to create and edit a bounding box, and to trim, extend, or subtract the box from the solid. 
                  </p>
                  <p class="para_td">The <b class="uiTerm"> Trim Solid</b> tool also allows you to preview and apply your dialog settings to create a solid electrode head.

                  <p class="para_td">Allows you to replace an existing box with a bounding box defined by referenced faces. This tool automatically fits the box within the area defined by the surrounding faces.</p>
