      </table><br><p class="para_topic">Use <b class="uiTerm">Set Press Model</b> to attach a press model to your assembly and simulate your dies or parts. The press model is a  sub-assembly attached to the current work part, which defines the kinematics, set of operations, and mount points available  in each operation (for example, Slide, Bolster, Cushion, and Transfer Device). The press model can also have De-Stacker and  Part Unload operations.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">After you attach a press model, you must make it the current press model. If you attach more than one press model to the work part, the  software uses only the current press model for other Die Validation functions.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">You can purchase assorted press models from UGS, including the most standard crossbar and multi-axis presses. You can  maintain the press models purchased from UGS in a specific library identified by a <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('die_validation/customer_defaults.html');return(false);">customer default</a>. After defining the customer default, you can access the library of  press models by using the <b class="uiTerm">Add Press Model to Assembly</b> button.
