      <div class="title_division">Setting the Mold CSYS</div>
      <p class="para_division">The process to set the Mold CSYS consists of the following operations:</p>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Orient (by rotation) the current Y-Z plane of the product model to the X-Y plane of the absolute CSYS.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Position (by transformation) the product model (usually centered) on the X-Y plane.</p>
         </li>
      </ol>

      <p class="para_division">To set the Mold CSYS:</p>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Pick the Mold CSYS button from the Mold Wizard toolbar.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Use the CSYS Constructor from the WCS&rarr;Orient pull-down menus to orient the WCS so the Z+ axis is in the direction of ejection.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Position the WCS to locate the X-Y plane at the intended parting plane.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Orient the WCS to align the X axis with the part as it will appear in the cavity and core inserts.</p>
         </li>
      </ol>
      <p class="para_division">The desired WCS orientation is shown below. The X and Y axes are parallel to the product model at the parting plane, and the positive Z-axis is in the direction of ejection.</p>

      <div class="title_division">Setting the MCSYS Origin</div>
      <p class="para_division">The Mold CSYS dialog assists you in positioning the WCS at the desired position, usually the center of the part at the X-Y plane.</p>
      <p class="para_division">Since the WCS has already been oriented for the product model, the first step is to reposition the product model to the orientation of the WCS. To do this:</p>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select the Current WCS option from the Mold CSYS dialog box. </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Press the Apply button. The product model will be repositioned so that its relationship to the absolute WCS is the same as it is with the current WCS.</p>
         </li>
      </ol>

      <p class="para_division">Now that the product model is correctly oriented, you can set the origin. In this case, you set the origin to the center of the part at the current Z-level. The Mold CSYS function can position the WCS at the center of a body or at the center of a set of selected faces. In this case, the Lock Z Value should be checked so that the WCS isn't moved along the Z axis.</p>

      <p class="para_division">To reposition the Mold CSYS on the center of the product model and ignore the block on the side, check Boundary Face Center and select the appropriate faces to define the centering limits (in this case, the Z axis was locked). The result is shown below.</p>
