      <title>Hole Report Preferences</title>

      <p class="para_topic">The Hole Report Preferences function lets you set preferences for the Hole Report functionality. The Hole Report Preferences dialog consists of three preference sections:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Hole Report - For the entire hole report</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Hole Category - For the hole categories</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Hole - Specific to the holes being reported</p>
         </li>
      </ul>

      <div class="title_division">Hole Report</div>
      <p class="para_division">Set the units used for the coordinates on the hole report with the Coordinates Units pull-down menu. The options are:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Display State - The hole report created depends on the display state. If the Drafting display state is modeling (Display Drawing toggled off), then the hole report is created with modeling coordinates. If the display state is drawing (Display Drawing toggled on), then the hole report is created with drawing coordinates.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Modeling - The hole report is created with modeling coordinates regardless of the display state.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Drawing - The hole report is created with drawing coordinates regardless of the display state.</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <div class="title_division">Hole Category</div>
      <p class="para_division">These are the preferences you can set for the hole categories.</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Hole Category ID - Pick the type of ID to use for the hole categories. The default is numbers.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Decimal Places - Set the number of decimal places for values such as diameter, depth, and tolerances. The default is 3.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Sort - Sort by either increasing or decreasing Hole Category ID. The default is increasing.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Diameter Tolerance - Set the tolerance used for the diameter. The default is 0.001.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Depth Tolerance - Set the tolerance used for the depth. The default is 0.001.</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <div class="title_division">Hole</div>
      <p class="para_division">These are the preferences you can set for the holes shown in the hole report.</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Hole ID - Pick the type of ID to use for the holes. Coordinate this preference with the Hole Category ID for the hole category (described above). The default is numbers.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Enclose Hole ID - Pick the method for enclosing the hole IDs. For example, pick &quot;{ &nbsp;}&quot; to display the hole ID as &quot;{1}.&quot; The default is none.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Decimal Places - Set the number of decimal places for the hole coordinates. The default is 3.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Sort - Sort the holes by either increasing or decreasing size. The default is increasing.</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <div class="title_division">Edit Hole Description Defaults</div>
      <p class="para_division">Pick the Edit Hole Description Defaults button to edit the defaults for the Description pull-down menu on the Hole Description dialog (accessed with the Edit Hole Description button).</p>
      <p class="para_division">When you pick this button, the spreadsheet containing the default values is opened. You can:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Add new fields and descriptions</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Edit existing fields</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Delete existing fields</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_division">When you're done, save and exit the spreadsheet.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Report Hole Fit Information</div>
      <p class="para_division">Define fit tolerance and type for holes:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Added object attributes in standard part spreadsheet (refer to Standard Part Management hole fit information).</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Assigns Fit Information attributes automatically to hole faces.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Transfers attribute information to related hole faces though the Pocketing function.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Reports the fit information recorded in the object attribute which name includes string defined by the <b class="uiTerm">Fit Attribute </b>in <b class="uiTerm">Hole Report Preferences</b>. 
            </p>
         </li>
      </ul>
