      </table><br><div class="title_division">Surface trimming tolerance</div>
      <p class="para_division">The surface trimming tolerance applies to the surface edges and to close gaps between edges. The recommended value use is the point resolution of the sending system. If a value of 0 is given the translator will attempt to use the resolution value given the global section of the IGES file. If this value is not enough or possibly invalid, you can enter a value that will apply.</p>

                  <p class="para_note_body">The system will base the units of the value displayed or entered on the units of the current work part. The value for this field will always write to the .def file as a millimeter value and converts to the appropriate work part units when read by the interface.</p>

      <div class="title_division">Geometry fix-up tolerance</div>
      <p class="para_division">The <b class="uiTerm">Geometry Fix-up Tolerance</b> option gives the translator a starting point to apply tolerance used for smoothing data it is creating in NX. The value is also used to determine when messages will be written to the log file when more tolerance than was specified, is applied to data during the translation. In general, we recommend placing a value 1 order of magnitude greater than the machining tolerance. For example. if the machining tolerance is .001 then use a tolerance of .0001.
