      </table><br><p class="para_topic">You can export all solid and sheet bodies from a NX part by using the <b class="uiTerm">Save As</b> command on the <b class="uiTerm">File</b> menu and changing the filter to <b class="uiTerm">CATIA V4 Model Files</b>. This will create a new CATIA V4 model file that contains all of the solid and sheet bodies in the current work part.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">If the file name you typed already exists as a CATIA V4 model file, you will be prompted to replace the file with a dialog box <b class="uiTerm">File Already Exists</b>.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">Select <b class="uiTerm">OK</b> to delete the CATIA V4 model file on disk and to convert the NX part file. Select <b class="uiTerm">Back</b> to go back to the <b class="uiTerm">File Selection</b> dialog box to select a different name for the CATIA V4 file. Select <b class="uiTerm">Cancel</b> to cancel the translation.

                  <p class="para_note_body">You need to be aware that when you click on <b class="uiTerm">OK</b> to replace an existing file, the translator deletes the file on disk. If there are any problems with the translation, the translator does not write the new file to the disk, so you end up with no file on the disk.

      <div class="title_division">Export CATIA V4 solids</div>
      <p class="para_division">You can export selected solid and sheet bodies from a NX part by using the <b class="uiTerm">V4 CATIA Solids</b> command on the <b class="uiTerm">Export</b> menu. This will create a new CATIA V4 model file that contains the solid and sheet bodies that you selected from the current work part.
      </p>
      <p class="para_division">When you select the <b class="uiTerm">V4 CATIA Solids</b> command, you will see a <b class="uiTerm">File Selection</b> dialog box. Once you have entered a name for the CATIA V4 model file, you will see the <b class="uiTerm">Class Selection</b> dialog box. This dialog box already has the solid and sheet body filter set for you. All you need to do is select the solid or sheet body you want to export to the CATIA V4 model file. You may select more than one body.
