The details of this dialog box are discussed in  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('sheetmetaldes/pref_global.html');return(false);">Global Parameters</a>.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Reference Line Color</div>
      <p class="para_division">Select a color from a <b class="uiTerm">Standard Color</b> dialog box to control the color of the contour lines, mold lines, and form block lines that you will be adding to flanges, inset flanges, and general flanges.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Part Materials</div>
      <p class="para_division">Select a standard part material by single click or enter a new part material value. (<b class="uiTerm">Default Material</b> shows the current part material value).
      </p>
      <p class="para_division">The list of materials displayed comes from the most recently read standards file. See  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('sheetmetaldes/stand_ov.html');return(false);">Standards</a> for further information on modifying the standard part materials presented in the <b class="uiTerm">Preferences</b> dialog box.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Replace standards</div>
      <p class="para_division"><b class="uiTerm">Replace Standards</b> reloads any standards files (*.std) found in the standards library. This is useful when the standards files have been changed, and need to be used in the current session. This function presents a <b class="uiTerm">File Selection</b> dialog box, from which you can select an existing standards file. See  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('sheetmetaldes/stand_ov.html');return(false);">Standards</a> for information on user&ndash;defined standard values files.
      </p>
      <p class="para_division">Sheet Metal Features and Forming/Flattening and Modeling use one or more external Tcl scripts to define standard values for bend allowance formulas, part materials and thickness in the <b class="uiTerm">SMD General Preferences</b> dialog box. Such files have a file type of .std. You may modify this file to suit the standards that are in effect at installation. The default file is named ugsmd_def.std and is located by the environment variable UGII_UGSMD_STDS_LIBRARY. This environment variable can point to a specific file, or to a directory that contains a file called ugsmd_def.std.
      </p>
      <p class="para_division">The standard values file reads when the <b class="uiTerm">Sheet Metal Design General Preferences</b> dialog box launches. You may modify the file externally and reloaded using the <b class="uiTerm">Load Standards</b> option button.
      </p>
      <p class="para_division">You should not be concerned with the actual procedures in the standards file, only the string values defined in predefined variables in each procedure. Detailed instructions are located in the ugsmd_def.std file for modifying the standard values.</p>
