      </table><br><div class="title_division">Angle</div>
      <p class="para_division"><b class="uiTerm">Angle</b> defines the bend angle in degrees. You may define the angle to be either the bend or Included angle. For definitions of these terms go to  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('sheetmetaldes/smfea_flng.html');return(false);">Flange Terminology</a>. The angle may have any value between 0&deg; and 180&deg;, but not zero, plus or minus the modeling angular tolerance. Only <b class="uiTerm">Application Curve Bends</b> require specification of an angle.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Radius</div>
      <p class="para_division"><b class="uiTerm">Radius</b> controls the bend radius of the bend. You may define the radius to be either the <b class="uiTerm">Inner</b> or <b class="uiTerm">Outer</b> radius. For definitions of these terms go to  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('sheetmetaldes/smfea_flng.html');return(false);">Flange Terminology</a>. The minimum allowable radius is the modeling tolerance. <b class="uiTerm">Application Curve</b> and <b class="uiTerm">Existing Edge</b> bends require a radius value.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Application curve type</div>
      <p class="para_division">The <b class="uiTerm">Application Curve</b> type setting will decide the amount of geometry that occupies either side of the application curve on the completed Bend. The <b class="uiTerm">Application Curve</b> types are defined as follows:

               <p class="para_td"><b class="uiTerm">Bend Axis</b></p>

            <td bgcolor="#f7f7f7" colspan="1" rowspan="1">
               <p class="para_td">The <b class="uiTerm">Bend Axis</b> type is unique in that the application curve is not required to reside on the placement face. In fact, the radius value will be grayed out on the <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b> menu when a bend axis type of application curve is selected. This is because the radius of the formed bend feature is inferred from the distance between the application curve and the placement face. In this way, when the bend is formed, it will be formed around an axis coincident with the application curve.
               </p>

               <p class="para_td"><b class="uiTerm">Bend Centerline</b></p>

               <p class="para_td">When <b class="uiTerm">Bend Centerline</b> is selected for the application curve type, the resultant bend will have equal amounts of geometry area on either side of the application curve.
               </p>

               <p class="para_td"><b class="uiTerm">Bend Tangent Line</b></p>

               <p class="para_td">When <b class="uiTerm">Bend Tangent Line</b> is selected the resultant bend will reside entirely on one side of the application curve or the other. The <b class="uiTerm">Stationary Side</b> vector signifies the side on which the bend is built. The bend area will always be opposite the stationary side.
               </p>

               <p class="para_td"><b class="uiTerm">Contour Line</b></p>

               <p class="para_td">When <b class="uiTerm">Contour Line</b> is selected the application curve will be coincident with a contour line when the bend is formed. The contour line option is only valid for bends whose angles have a value less than 135. See <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('sheetmetaldes/smfea_flng.html');return(false);">Flange</a> for the definition of a contour line.
               </p>

               <p class="para_td"><b class="uiTerm">Mold Line</b></p>

               <p class="para_td">When <b class="uiTerm">Mold Line</b> is selected the application curve will be coincident with a mold line when the bend is formed. A mold line is only valid for bends whose angles have a value greater than 90. See <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('sheetmetaldes/smfea_flng.html');return(false);">Flange</a> for the definition of a mold line.
               </p>
            </td>
         </tr>
      </table><br><div class="title_division">Flip bend direction vector</div>
      <p class="para_division">Upon selecting a placement face and application curve, the system displays a vector that defines the direction of a positive bend angle. Switch <b class="uiTerm">Flip Bend Direction Vector</b> to cause the bend to bend in the opposite direction when formed. By default, the bend direction will be in the direction of the face normal of the placement face. Only <b class="uiTerm">Application Curve Bends</b> require specification of an angle.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Flip stationary side vector</div>
      <p class="para_division">Upon selecting a placement face and application curve, the system displays a vector that defines the direction of the stationary side. Switch <b class="uiTerm">Flip Stationary Side Vector</b> to cause the other side of the base body to transform when the bend forms. This option is not available while editing an existing bend feature.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Bend allowance formula</div>
      <p class="para_division">You can choose a <b class="uiTerm">Bend Allowance Formula</b> by pressing this button. The <b class="uiTerm">Bend Allowance Formula</b> dialog box is displayed. You can select the <b class="uiTerm">Bend Allowance Formula (BAF)</b> from the list or you can enter the BAF in the dynamic input box.
      </p>
