      </table><br><p class="para_topic">To create a bead with a constant cross&ndash;section:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Use the appropriate button to define the general shape (u&ndash;shaped, v&ndash;shaped, or circular) of the bead.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">For the <b class="uiTerm">Section Shape</b> option, which appears just below the pictorial <b class="uiTerm">General Shape</b> button, choose <b class="uiTerm">Constant</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select one or more adjacent faces as the <b class="uiTerm">Placement Face</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select one curve or a string of curves as the center line.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select a <b class="uiTerm">Centerline Projection Vector</b>, if your center line does not lie on the placement face.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select an optional <b class="uiTerm">Orientation Plane</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select an optional <b class="uiTerm">Section Axis</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">If the bead is u&ndash;shaped, you can define the shape of the bead's top face with the <b class="uiTerm">Secondary Face Definition</b> options, or select a secondary face directly.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select an optional <b class="uiTerm">Target Body</b>. (If the <b class="uiTerm">Placement Face</b> is a fixed plane, you must select a <b class="uiTerm">Target Body</b>.)
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Define other parameters as needed to completely define the bead's shape.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">Options</b> if you want to define any of the additional options, which, depending on the bead shape, can include <b class="uiTerm">Height</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Angle</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Secondary Width From</b>, <b class="uiTerm">End Cap</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Attach Bead</b>, and <b class="uiTerm">Hollow Bead</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">Confirm Upon Apply</b>, if you wish to preview your results before accepting them.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">Apply</b> or <b class="uiTerm">OK</b> to create the bead.
            </p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_topic">To create a bead with a variable cross&ndash;section:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select one or more adjacent faces as the <b class="uiTerm">Placement Face</b>.
            </p>
         </li>

            <p class="para_item">Select one curve or a string of curves as the center line.</p>
         </li>
         <li>

            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Use the appropriate button to define the one of shapes (u&ndash;shaped, vshaped, or circular) the cross&ndash;section of the bead is to have.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">If the bead is u&ndash;shaped, you can define the shape of the bead's top face with the <b class="uiTerm">Secondary Face Definition</b> options, or select a secondary face directly.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Define other parameters as needed to completely define the bead's shape.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select one or more <b class="uiTerm">Section Points</b> along the center line to specify the locations which are to have that shape.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Repeat the previous five steps for the other shapes that the cross&ndash;section of the bead is to have. <b class="uiTerm">Parameters</b>, options, and section points are stored separately for each of the three possible shapes.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">Confirm Upon Apply</b> if you wish to preview your results before accepting them.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">Apply</b> or <b class="uiTerm">OK</b> to create the bead.
            </p>
         </li>
