      <p class="para_topic">Use <b class="uiTerm">Multibend Bracket</b> to create a fully associative sheet metal feature defined from user selected reference geometry. Select 3D reference geometry to define a set of planes. Using bend parameters that you define, <b class="uiTerm">Multibend Bracket</b> unfolds this reference geometry onto a base plane. Use the <b class="uiTerm">Sketcher</b> to develop a sketch of the unformed bracket outline based on this unfolded reference geometry. The system extrudes the sketch into a solid and applies the appropriate bends.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">Internally, the <b class="uiTerm">Multibend Bracket</b> feature is composed of several hidden features, including a <b class="uiTerm">Sketch</b>, an <b class="uiTerm">Extrude</b>, and one or more bend features. 
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">You can access the <b class="uiTerm">Multibend Bracket</b> dialog box from <b class="uiTerm">Modeling&rarr;Insert&rarr;Sheet Metal Feature&rarr;Multibend Bracket</b> or from the <b class="uiTerm">Sheet Metal Feature</b> toolbar. To edit a <b class="uiTerm">Multibend Bracket</b>, use <b class="uiTerm">Modeling&rarr;Edit&rarr;Feature</b> or the <b class="uiTerm">Edit Feature</b> toolbar.

               <p class="para_td">A representation of the structure of a multibend bracket. The root of the tree is the base plane. Bend nodes define the remaining structure. Each node may contain any number of child nodes. Each node (except the base plane) has one parent node.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Each bend node on the tree list specifies a plane. Cylindrical bends are placed in the model between the plane and the plane of the parent node.</p>

               <p class="para_td">An intersection node is similar to a bend node. Instead of defining a cylindrical bend region, the node defines the intersection line between the plane and the plane of its parent node.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Reference Geometry</p>
            </td>

               <p class="para_td">User selected geometry that lies in one plane. This geometry defines the planes for each node of the tree list.</p>

               <p class="para_td">A plane can be defined by selecting a single edge from a previously defined body. The resulting multibend bracket can then optionally be united to that body along the selected attachment edge. The plane of the edge is taken to be the plane of the adjacent planar face that yields the smaller thickness.</p>

               <p class="para_td">A hidden feature that defines the unformed shape of the multibend bracket. The unfolded referenced geometry is included as reference geometry in the sketch. The sketch must define a closed loop of active geometry to define the outline of the unformed multibend bracket. Interior loops of active geometry will define additional cutouts. The sketch is only visible when creating or editing the multibend bracket.</p>
