      <p class="para_topic">You can apply a non&ndash;linear taper to the bend face of a <b class="uiTerm">Flange</b> feature. The purpose of this non&ndash;linear taper is to provide a mitered corner in the formed state of the flange.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">In the <b class="uiTerm">Flange Options</b> dialog box, you may select a miter type of <b class="uiTerm">Simple</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Full</b>, or <b class="uiTerm">None</b> for both the left and right sides.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">The <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('sheetmetaldes/miter_simple.html');return(false);">Miter Simple</a> option includes <b class="uiTerm">Miter</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Angle</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Miter Phase</b>, and <b class="uiTerm">Miter Relief</b>. The  <b class="uiTerm"><a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('sheetmetaldes/miter_relif.html');return(false);">Miter Full</a></b> option includes just  <b class="uiTerm"><a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('sheetmetaldes/miter_relif.html');return(false);">Miter Angle</a></b> and <b class="uiTerm"><a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('sheetmetaldes/miter_phase.html');return(false);">Miter Phase</a></b>.
