      </table><br><p class="para_topic">You can build a general flange by specifying shaping faces that define its top face. The faces can come from either solid bodies or sheet bodies.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The shaping faces must meet the following criteria:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">They must not be from the body of the target faces.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">They must be G1 with the target faces at the bend edge.</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_topic">To select all G1 faces, set the <b class="uiTerm">Filter</b> to <b class="uiTerm">G1 Faces</b>, then select a seed face and drag a selection rectangle around the remaining faces.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">The general flange top face is approximated by taking sections normal to the spine through the shaping faces. The <b class="uiTerm">Tolerance</b> box defines the section sampling along the spine. The <b class="uiTerm">Minimum Number of Sample Points</b> provides a means of generating more sections along linear spine curves. Set these values on the <b class="uiTerm">Options</b> dialog box. If a shaping face contains a hole or some other void, the cross section curve that generates will end at that void.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">You will get the best results if you only choose G1 continuous faces from a single body.</p>
