      <p class="para_topic">Use <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b> to create a bend area in a solid body of uniform thickness along any straight application curve. This bend area can then be formed and unformed using the <b class="uiTerm">Form/Unform</b> button.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">It is also possible to convert a cylindrical face of a solid body into a bend. &nbsp;This bend area can also be formed and unformed.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">You can convert an edge between two planar faces into a bend that can be formed and unformed.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">You can access the <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b> dialog box from <b class="uiTerm">Modeling&rarr;Insert&rarr;Sheet Metal Feature&rarr;Bend</b> or from the <b class="uiTerm">Sheet Metal Feature</b> . To edit a bend, use <b class="uiTerm">Modeling&rarr;Edit&rarr;Feature</b> or the <b class="uiTerm">Edit Feature</b>.

               <p class="para_td">This value determines the angle of the formed bend. Valid angles are between 0 and 180&deg;.</p>

      <p class="para_division">Application Curve Bends follow the same basic procedure:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select a placement face.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select an application curve.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Specify bend vector and stationary side vector.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Enter parameters (angle, radius, etc.).</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Enter options such a <b class="uiTerm">Bend Allowance Formula</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Angle type</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Radius type</b>, and <b class="uiTerm">Application Curve type</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_division"><b class="uiTerm">Cylindrical Face Bends</b> follow a similar procedure:
      </p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select a cylindrical placement face.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Specify the <b class="uiTerm">Stationary Side vector</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Enter options such as <b class="uiTerm">Bend Allowance Formula</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The bend is created in the formed state. Use <b class="uiTerm">Form/Unform</b> to unform the bend.
            </p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_division">To create a bend from an existing edge:</p>
