                  <p class="para_td"><b class="uiTerm">Outside Dimension</b>&nbsp;<img align="bottom" src="graphics/flange_lngth_out_icon.gif" border="0">&nbsp;measures from the outside.

                  <p class="para_td"><b class="uiTerm">Material Outside</b>&nbsp;<img align="bottom" src="graphics/matl_outside.gif" border="0">: The flange is inset into the base material such that the inside face of the web area is flush with the selected edge.
                  </p>
                  <p class="para_td"><b class="uiTerm">Bend Outside</b>&nbsp;<img align="bottom" src="graphics/bend_outside_ico.gif" border="0">: Material is added to the selected edge to form the flange.

                  <p class="para_td"><b class="uiTerm">Offset</b> creates an extension of the base feature to which the flange is attached. You have the usual options for supplying a value.

                  <p class="para_td">Changes the direction off the offset, that is, converts the extension to a reduction (negative value).</p>
