      </table><br><div class="title_division">Flip extension direction</div>
      <p class="para_division">This option allows you to choose the extension direction of the <b class="uiTerm">Bridge</b> feature. The <b class="uiTerm">Flip Extension Direction</b> option is used in conjunction with the <b class="uiTerm">Z&ndash;Bend</b> construction type option. There are two extension directions shown on the display: one for the base profile and one for the target profile. You can flip the direction of base profile extension while in the <b class="uiTerm">Base Profile</b> selection step. You can reverse the <b class="uiTerm">Target Profile</b> extension direction in the <b class="uiTerm">Target Profile</b> selection step.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Construction type</div>
      <p class="para_division">This options menu lets you select the type of bridge to construct. Choose from <b class="uiTerm">Tangent at Target</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Intersect Angle at Target</b>, and <b class="uiTerm">Z&ndash;Bend</b>.
      </p>
      <p class="para_division">A bridge is built by creating section curves from the<b class="uiTerm">Base Profile to the Target Profile</b>. These section curves represent the top surface of the bridge. The start of these section curves are tangent to the <b class="uiTerm">Base Faces</b>. <b class="uiTerm">Tangent at Target</b> and <b class="uiTerm">Intersect Angle at Target Bridges</b> use section curves that contains a single bend, whose angle is determined by the geometry. A <b class="uiTerm">Z&ndash;Bend Bridge</b> contains two bends of equal angles. See the figures below.

      <p class="para_division">This parameter defines the <b class="uiTerm">Intersection Angle</b> of the <b class="uiTerm">Bridge</b> feature at the <b class="uiTerm">Target</b>. The <b class="uiTerm">Intersect Angle</b> is the angle between the bridge surface and the normal to the target face, at the point where the bridge surface intersects the target profile. This value may be defined as follows:
      </p>

         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Constant &ndash; The <b class="uiTerm">Intersect Angle</b> may be defined as a constant. The value entered in the dynamic input box can be any valid NX expression.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Law Controlled &ndash; You can define the <b class="uiTerm">Intersect Angle</b> using the <b class="uiTerm">Law Subfunction</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
      </ul>

                  <p class="para_note_body">The <b class="uiTerm">Intersect Angle Parameter</b> is only available when the <b class="uiTerm">Intersect Angle at Target</b> construction type has been specified. The <b class="uiTerm">Intersect Angle</b> is referenced from the surface normal at the intersection with the target faces.

      <div class="title_division">Inside radius</div>
      <p class="para_division">This parameter defines the inside radius of the <b class="uiTerm">Bridge</b> feature. You can define this value as follows:
      </p>

         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Constant &ndash; The <b class="uiTerm">Inside Radius</b> may be defined as a constant. The value entered in the dynamic input box can be any valid NX expression.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Law Controlled &ndash; The <b class="uiTerm">Inside Radius</b> may be defined using the <b class="uiTerm">Law Subfunction</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_division">The <b class="uiTerm">Inside Radius</b> will never be inferred. This parameter must be specified regardless of any other parametric or geometric input data.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Thickness</div>
      <p class="para_division">This parameter defines the thickness of the <b class="uiTerm">Bridge</b> feature. This value may be defined as follows:
      </p>

         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Constant &ndash; The thickness may be defined as a constant. The value entered in the dynamic input box can be any valid NX expression.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Inferred &ndash; The thickness is initially inferred from the <b class="uiTerm">Base Faces</b> selection step. However, you can replace this value with any valid NX expression, if necessary.
            </p>
         </li>
      </ul>
