Sheet Metal Bend contains an invalid bend allowance formula.</pre><p class="para_topic">These messages indicate invalid data has been entered for one of the bend parameters. Check the values/expressions entered in the <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b> dialog box.
      </p><pre class="indent">Sheet Metal Bend state&ndash;of&ndash;feature is invalid.</pre><p class="para_topic">The bend has somehow entered a non&ndash;valid forming state. This is a user interface error. If you encounter it try using the <b class="uiTerm">Form/Unform</b> button to return the bend to a valid forming state, or try creating the <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b> feature again from scratch.
      </p><pre class="indent">Sheet Metal Bend construction type is invalid.</pre><p class="para_topic">The construction type chosen for the bend is invalid. This is a user interface error and should never be seen. If it is encountered, try opening the <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b> dialog box and creating your feature from scratch again.
      </p><pre class="indent">Sheet Metal Bend tool body is invalid.</pre><p class="para_topic">This error signifies that the construction of the bend tool body has failed. This indicates a serious problem with the bend construction method. Try moving your application curve or using your application curve as another type of curve; for example, <b class="uiTerm">Bend Tangent Line</b> instead of <b class="uiTerm">Contour Line</b>.
      </p><pre class="indent">Sheet Metal Bend could not unite.</pre><p class="para_topic">The <b class="uiTerm">Unite</b> operation has failed. The bend will fail to apply. This indicates a serious problem with the bend construction. Try moving your application curve or using your application curve as another type of curve.
      </p><pre class="indent">Sheet Metal Bend does not have valid base face.</pre><p class="para_topic">This error indicates that the placement face chosen for the bend is no longer valid. This may be due to editing of the original placement body. Without a valid placement face, the bend cannot apply itself to the base body. Try deleting the bend from the feature list and creating a new one on the newly modified placement face.</p><pre class="indent">Sheet Metal Bend does not have valid application curve.</pre><p class="para_topic">This error indicates that the application curve chosen for the bend is no longer valid. This may be due to editing of the original application curve. Without a valid application curve, the bend cannot apply itself to the base body. Try deleting the bend from the feature list and creating a new one with the newly modified application curve.</p><pre class="indent">Sheet Metal Bend area crosses into another bend area.</pre><p class="para_topic">This area indicates that the creation of the bend feature would cause two bend areas to intersect. The system does not allow this. Try moving your application curve or changing your application curve type. &nbsp;You could also edit the shape of the placement face such that the bend areas no longer intersect.</p><pre class="indent">Sheet Metal Bend placement solid has invalid thickness.</pre><p class="para_topic">You must place the bend into a body of uniform thickness. The application does not allow bodies of non&ndash;uniform thickness</p><pre class="indent">Radius 0 for Bend Axis application curve type.</pre><p class="para_topic">If you designate the application curve to be of a bend axis type, the application curve must be more than a distance of 0 away from the placement face. Try moving your application curve further away from the placement face, or try changing to another type of application curve.</p><pre class="indent">Selected entity not a face type for Placement Face step.</pre><p class="para_topic">This is a user interface error indicating that you did not select a face for the <b class="uiTerm">Placement Face</b> in the selection step. Try selecting a face for this step.
      </p><pre class="indent">Selected entity not a line for Application Curve step.</pre><p class="para_topic">You must place the bend into a body of uniform thickness. The application does not allow bodies of non&ndash;uniform thickness.</p><pre class="indent">Invalid step.</pre><p class="para_topic">This error signifies that the user interface has entered an invalid selection step mode. You should never see this error. However, if it is encountered, try exiting the <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b> dialog box and entering it again.
      </p><pre class="indent">Bad angle type.</pre><p class="para_topic">This error signifies that the user interface has entered a mode with an invalid angle type. You should never see this error. However, if it is encountered, try exiting the <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b> dialog box and entering it again.
      </p><pre class="indent">Bad radius type.</pre><p class="para_topic">This error signifies that the user interface has entered a mode with an invalid radius type. This error should never be seen. If it is encountered, try exiting the <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b> dialog box and entering it again.
      </p><pre class="indent">Bad application curve type.</pre><p class="para_topic">This error signifies that the user interface has entered a mode with an invalid application curve type. This error should never be seen. If it is encountered, try exiting the <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b> dialog box and entering it again.
      </p><pre class="indent">Application curve does not project onto selected base face.</pre><p class="para_topic">This error signifies that the selected application curve cannot be projected onto the selected placement face in a direction opposite the placement face normal. Try moving your application curve into a position where it may be projected onto the placement face.</p><pre class="indent">Sheet Metal Bend inside face is not cylindrical.
Sheet Metal Bend outside face is not cylindrical.</pre><p class="para_topic">For a cylindrical face bend must consist of two coaxial cylindrical faces. These errors indicate that this condition was not met.</p><pre class="indent">Sheet Metal Bend application curve produces more than one bend area.</pre><p class="para_topic">A hole or cutout has split the bend area. You should redesign the part such that the holes and cutouts are applied after the bend.</p><pre class="indent">Sheet Metal Bend does not support holes/cutouts inside bend area.</pre><p class="para_topic">Holes and cutouts are not allowed in the bend area. You should redesign the part such that the holes and cutouts are applied after the bend.</p>
