      <p class="para_topic">To convert a cylindrical face to a bend, you must select the cylindrical face with the following criteria:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The face must be cylindrical.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The face must be opposite another coaxial cylindrical face that yields a uniform thickness.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The bend will convert any cylindrical face that is shared by two faces of a body that has uniform thickness.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">You will input the <b class="uiTerm">Stationary Side</b> and the <b class="uiTerm">BAF</b>. &nbsp;The bend radius and the bend angle will be derived.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The cylindrical face can have cutouts, but when the bend is unformed the edges of the cutouts will not change. For example, if the edges where there are intersection curves, they will be intersection curves when the bend is unformed. &nbsp;If the edges of the cutout need to be lines and arcs, create the cutout using <b class="uiTerm">Cutout</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Hole</b>, or <b class="uiTerm">Slot</b> when the bend is unformed.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The <b class="uiTerm">Cylindrical Face</b> option does not have a rip capability. &nbsp;This means that you cannot apply a bend to a hollowed block unless there are gaps in the corners. 
            </p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_topic">When you select a cylindrical face, a temporary display of two vectors is shown. The first vector, labeled <b class="uiTerm">Stationary</b>, signifies the direction of the stationary side. You may flip this vector if desired. The second vector, labeled <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b>, signifies the bend direction of the completed bend in the formed state.&nbsp;Since the bend direction is defined by the geometry, you may not flip this vector.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Existing edge</div>

      <p class="para_division">To convert an existing edge to a bend, you must select an existing edge with the following criteria:</p>
      <ul>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The edge must be linear.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The edge must be adjacent to two planar faces.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The edge must represent the outside edge of the bend.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The planar faces must each be from a body with uniform thickness.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The sides of the body must be perpendicular to the two planar faces and to the selected edge.</p>
         </li>
      </ul>
      <p class="para_division">When you select an existing edge, a temporary display of two vectors is shown.
