      </table><br><p class="para_topic">Select <b class="uiTerm">Move</b> <img align="bottom" src="graphics/move_icon.gif" border="0"> to perform the transformation on the selected objects.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">Select <b class="uiTerm">Number of Copies</b> <img align="bottom" src="graphics/copybutton.gif" border="0"> to make copies of the selected objects (as many as specified in the entry).
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">When items copy, all characteristics assigned to those items copy as well unless the characteristic is identified as a <b class="uiTerm">Stationary</b> characteristic. Characteristics that are intended to be unique to a single fitting or stock, such as REFERENCE_ID, are normally declared to be <b class="uiTerm">Stationary Characteristics</b> in the APV file and do not get copied.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">What moves</div>
      <p class="para_division">The RCPs that are moved are those selected directly via the <b class="uiTerm">Routing Object Selection</b> and the RCPs associated with selected segments, except for RCPs, which are attached to (defined by) other objects that are not being moved. Attached RCPs are those defined by NX geometry or by the ports of standard parts that place in the routing.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Move path example 1</div>
      <p class="para_division">In the following figure, if the segment labeled S6 is selected and translated down in the figure, its RCPs are translated which causes segments S4, S5, and S6 to have the new end points as shown in the After figure below.</p>

      <p class="para_division">Now suppose that you selected segments S4, S5, and S6 and they translated as in Example 1 above. In this case, all the RCPs associated with the three segments translate and the result is as shown below.</p>

      <p class="para_division">Now suppose that we have the routing as shown in the illustration below where you place standard parts in the routing. In this case, the RCPs defining the top ends of segments S4 and S5 will be attached to (defined by) the ports of the Tee parts and the bottom RCP of segment S4 is attached to the port of the elbow part. If you select Segments S4, S5, and S6, and the elbow, and they translate as in Example 1, the attached RCPs do not move and the result is as shown below. The RCP at the bottom end of S4 did move, because it attaches to a part, which moved.</p>

                  <p class="para_note_body">In the previous example, the elbow might transform to an existing path. In this case, the elbow will not place within the existing path. Use <b class="uiTerm">Place Part</b> or <b class="uiTerm">Move Part</b> to place a standard part within an existing path.
