      <p class="para_topic">Use <b class="uiTerm">Clock Part</b> for rotating a component relative to one of its ports that connects to a port on another component. Both of the ports must have a <b class="uiTerm">Rotation Vector</b> defined. <b class="uiTerm">Clock Part</b> can be launched from the <b class="uiTerm">Transform Options</b> during the <b class="uiTerm">Place Part</b> operation, or by choosing the <b class="uiTerm">Clock Part</b> button from the <b class="uiTerm">Routing</b> toolbar.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">An example of the <b class="uiTerm">Clock Part</b> function would be to orient a connector with respect to backshell. If the connector and backshell are keyed, then <b class="uiTerm">Clock Part</b> could be used to orient the connector to a proper orientation relative to backshell. Also, if the cable does not have enough twist allowance, <b class="uiTerm">Clock Part</b> could be used to orient the connector to relieve the tension on the cable.

               <p class="para_td">When you enter a value into the<b class="uiTerm"> Angle</b> entry box, the component rotates such that the angle between the rotation vectors of the selected port, and the port to which it is connected is equal to the angle entered. The slider updates to be the same value as the value in the <b class="uiTerm">Angle</b> entry box.
               </p>
               <p class="para_td">When you click in the area, either to left or right of the slider bar, in the slider area, the angle will increment or decrement by the Increment angle value.</p>
               <p class="para_td">When you drag the slider bar, the value will only change by the Increment angle value.</p>
               <p class="para_td">When the slider value is changed (by dragging, or by clicking in the slider area), the value in the <b class="uiTerm">Angle</b> entry box is updated to be the same value. The slider will go to the nearest multiple of the Increment value, and the component rotates so that the angle between rotation vectors is equal to the value of the slider.
               </p>

      <p class="para_division">Undo markers are set with the label <b class="uiTerm">Clock Part</b>. Undo marks are created just before any actions are applied to the component, just after you have hit <b class="uiTerm">OK</b> or <b class="uiTerm">Apply</b>. <b class="uiTerm">Undo</b> <img align="bottom" src="graphics/undo.gif" border="0"> is active while in this dialog box.
