      <p class="para_topic">Select the RCP for corner assignment using the standard <b class="uiTerm">Routing Object Selection</b> dialog box. You can select more than one RCP if they are all to become the same corner type. An RCP selected for a corner assignment must be at the end of exactly two segments. These segments must be <b class="uiTerm">Route Line</b> and not collinear.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic"><b class="uiTerm">Assign Corner</b> is not merely a path creation method but a true assignment of a bend object. In the case of a bend corner, for example, you can modify the bend by changing the value of the bend radius, or even changed to be a <b class="uiTerm">Miter</b> corner type.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">Routing provides three corner types: <b class="uiTerm">None</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Bend</b>, and <b class="uiTerm">Miter/Cant</b> as shown below. The proper way to remove a corner is to assign it a type of <b class="uiTerm">None</b>. This removes the additional corner information attached to the RCP.

      <p class="para_topic">Once an RCP has a corner assigned, its appearance changes slightly. An asterisk inside the circle shows it is a Corner RCP.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The application view (.apv file) limits the types of corners available. The dialog box only shows corner types defined in the application view.</p>
