Manage Associative Paths allows you to identify the segments comprising offset paths and also to break the dependency of these paths upon one another. Breaking a child path's dependency on its parent path allows transformation/positioning of the child path segments independent of the parents' location. It is important to note that changing the number of segments in an offset path through any operation (like subdividing a constituent segment) would still remove its (offset path) dependencies.

A suffix of .0 implies that a path is a parent. use this suffix to identify a parent path in any of the Path Filter modes.
