      <p class="para_topic">Various errors can occur when trying to create bend corners. Shown below are the error messages and a short explanation for each.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Invalid bend corner must have 2 segments</p>
            </td>
            <td bgcolor="#f7f7f7" colspan="1" rowspan="1" valign="top">
               <p class="para_td">There must be exactly 2 segments meeting at the RCP where you place a bend.</p>
            </td>
         </tr>
         <tr valign="top">
            <td bgcolor="#f7f7f7" colspan="1" rowspan="1" valign="top">
               <p class="para_td">Cannot bend the segment. It is following a curve</p>
            </td>
            <td bgcolor="#f7f7f7" colspan="1" rowspan="1" valign="top">
               <p class="para_td">When you use segments that follow an existing NX curve, you cannot use it for a bend. </p>
            </td>
         </tr>
         <tr valign="top">
            <td bgcolor="#f7f7f7" colspan="1" rowspan="1" valign="top">
               <p class="para_td">The bend radius is negative or zero</p>
               <p class="para_td">The bend radius is too large</p>
            </td>
            <td bgcolor="#f7f7f7" colspan="1" rowspan="1" valign="top">
               <p class="para_td">These errors indicate an invalid bend radius. A negative or zero radius is clearly incorrect. The too large error indicates that the given radius will cause the calculated fillet for the bend to extend past the end of one or both of the two segments at the bend.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Bend ratio must be greater than or equal to 0.5</p>
            </td>
            <td bgcolor="#f7f7f7" colspan="1" rowspan="1" valign="top">
               <p class="para_td">The radius for a bend is determined by multiplying the stock diameter times the ratio. The minimum ratio of 0.5 insures that a bend using this ratio will not cause a self-intersecting solid when modeling the stock along the bend.</p>
            </td>

               <p class="para_td">Bend ratio is invalid for segments without stock</p>
               <p class="para_td">Cannot determine radius for Bend Corner</p>
               <p class="para_td">Bend ratio is invalid for segments with multiple stock</p>

               <p class="para_td">In order to calculate the actual radius using the <b class="uiTerm">Use Bend Ratio</b> method, you must assign the same stock to the two segments and the stock must have a DIAMETER characteristic.

               <p class="para_td">Error creating fillet for bend corner</p>
            </td>
            <td bgcolor="#f7f7f7" colspan="1" rowspan="1" valign="top">
               <p class="para_td">An unexpected error occurred while trying to calculate the fillet curve between the two segments at the corner.</p>
            </td>
         </tr>
      </table><br><div class="title_division">Sweep errors</div>
      <p class="para_division">If you try to create a corner with a ratio, which is too small, the creation of the solid body may fail. In this case you may receive a sweep error. After responding to the sweep error message the model will return to its state before you assigned the corner. To create a valid solid you will need to use a larger radius.</p>
