      </table><br><p class="para_topic">If you select a single Run in the navigator, the new <b class="uiTerm">Detect Spools</b> option is sensitive. The <b class="uiTerm">Generate Spool ID</b> dialog box controls the spool numbering sequence.
      </p>
      <p class="para_topic">When you choose <b class="uiTerm">OK</b> or <b class="uiTerm">Apply</b> on this dialog box, the system walks through the run and detects the spools that are present, based on the SPOOL_DELIMITER mechanisms described previously. Upon returning to the <b class="uiTerm">Run Navigator</b>, the Run structure reorganizes with items grouped under the Spool entries to which they now belong.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Remove spools</div>
      <p class="para_division">The <b class="uiTerm">Detect Spools</b> option can be undone by choosing <b class="uiTerm">Remove Spools</b>. When chosen, all spool members revert to being run members only. Each member has the SPOOL_ID characteristic deleted.

      <div class="title_division">Spool entry</div>
      <p class="para_division">The following right&ndash;click menu options are available when you select a single spool entry in the <b class="uiTerm">Run Navigator</b>.

               <p class="para_td">Choosing the <b class="uiTerm">Remove Spool</b> option causes each member of the spool to revert to being a run member only. Each member has the SPOOL_ID characteristic deleted.

               <p class="para_td">Choosing <b class="uiTerm">Spool Position</b> launches the <b class="uiTerm">Spool Position Plug&ndash;in</b>. <b class="uiTerm">Spool Position Numbering</b> is performed through a plug&ndash;in. A default plug&ndash;in is provided which numbers the spool members is described below.
               </p>
               <p class="para_td">The <b class="uiTerm">Spool Positions</b> dialog box, defined by the default plug&ndash;in, displays when you choose the <b class="uiTerm">Spool Positions</b> option.
               </p>
               <p class="para_td">The dialog box establishes the sequence used to generate the series of spool positions.</p>
               <p class="para_td">The default function uses a particular numbering scheme that assigns sequential numbers first to the stock of a run and then to the fittings of the run.</p>
               <p class="para_td">In this example the <b class="uiTerm">Sequence Method</b> is selected to be upper cases alphas.&nbsp;This causes both the <b class="uiTerm">Number of Digits</b> option and the Increment option to be insensitive.
               </p>
               <p class="para_td">If the selected spool has had positions assigned previously, the dialog box default values are taken from the existing assignments.</p>

               <p class="para_td">You can remove spool positions by choosing this option. The SPOOL_POSITION characteristic deletes from each member of the spool.</p>
