               <p class="para_td">If the filter option is set to <b class="uiTerm">Face</b>, then the origin defines as the center of the face. The center of the face will vary depending on the type of face. If the filter option was not set to Face, then the origin will be at the point selected on the face. The align vector is defined as the normal of the face at the point that defines the origin of the port. The default direction of the vector is out of the solid (unless you created the last port to point into the solid, in which case the default changes to be into the solid). The face doesn't have to be planar.

               <p class="para_td">You have selected two lines to define the port. The lines must be coplanar. A polygon is determined using the 4 end points of the two lines. The center of polygon is determined using the midpoints of the lines defining the polygon; use this as the origin. The align vector is defined as the normal to the plane formed by the two lines. The default direction of the vector is out of the solid (unless you created the last port to point into the solid, in which case the default changes to be into the solid).</p>

      <div class="title_division">Undo:</div>
      <p class="para_division">An <b class="uiTerm">Undo</b> mark is set just before each <b class="uiTerm">OK/Apply</b> with the same label as the dialog box. <img align="bottom" src="graphics/undo.gif" border="0"> <b class="uiTerm">Undo</b> disables while in this dialog box.
      </p>
      <div class="title_division">Port data</div>
      <p class="para_division">The lower half of the <b class="uiTerm">Create/Edit Port</b> dialog box allows you to attach data to the port. The type of data depends on the type of port; <b class="uiTerm">Fitting</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Fixture</b>, or <b class="uiTerm">Multi&ndash;port</b>, and the active application (Routing Electrical or Routing Mechanical).&nbsp;You can find full descriptions of this data in <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('routingtools/port_overview.html');return(false);">Ports</a>.
