               <p class="para_td">The PCB.xchange toolbar and PCB.xchange together form a complete suite of tools for integrating PCB layout within in the NX design environment. With these tools, the designer can share all relevant PCB design data between ECAD and MCAD applications. </p>

               <p class="para_td">Design data is exchanged via files conforming to the Intermediate Data Format (IDF) specification, versions 2, 3 or 4. Most PCB layout applications support this file format. </p>

               <p class="para_td">The PCB.xchange toolbar identifies parts in NX assemblies using standard ECAD concepts such as PC boards, components, board and component origins, restriction areas, and drilled holes.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Use PCB.xchange to translate data between ECAD files and NX models. With PCB.xchange, you can also use a component database with specifications on thermal loads to build a thermal FE model that is compatible with NX advanced simulation solvers NX Electronic Systems Cooling and NX Thermal and Flow. Open PCB.xchange from the Start menu. </p>
