The ELBOW_ANG characteristic from the elbow part table must have a value of 90° to make a standard elbow selectable for placement as a cut elbow. The elbow part family seed part needs to be modeled with expressions named elbow_ang and radius. The elbow_ang expression determines the current elbow angle. The radius expression controls the radius of the elbow. Routing uses and modifies the values of these expressions to determine the final cut elbow.
