For example, there are three filter names; ROUTED, GROUND, and GROUND_ROUTED. The condition for the filter named ROUTED may be Routed = A (meaning that an entry must have a box titled Routed with a value of A to pass this condition). The condition for the filter named GROUND may be Signal = Ground (has box named Signal with value Ground). The filter named GROUND_ROUTED may have a condition that specifies that both the ROUTED filter condition must be met and the GROUND condition must be met (ground wires that are routed). This condition is defined as ROUTED AND GROUND.
