               <p class="para_item">A multi-level tree requires the number of tip superelements (i.e., NUMDOM) to be evenly divisible by the number of processors specified for the run; otherwise the program will switch to a single-level tree automatically. </p>
            </li>
            <li>
               <p class="para_item">The DOMAINSOLVER command isn't required to run the FDMODES or GDMODES options. </p>
               <ul>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">FDMODES can be run using the submittal keyword dmp and the NASTRAN keyword NUMSEG. </p>
                  </li>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">GDMODES can be run using the submittal keyword dmp. </p>
                  </li>
               </ul>
               <p class="para_item">See &ldquo;Parallel Options&rdquo; in the <em>NX Nastran Numerical Methods User&rsquo;s Guide</em> for more information on running FDMODES and GDMODES using submittal keywords. 
               </p>
            </li>
            <li>
               <p class="para_item">In case the user defines frequency domain options in multiple places, (i.e. NUMSEG can be defined as a NASTRAN keyword, on the DOMAINSOLVER executive control command, and on the EIGRL bulk data card), the following rules apply: </p>
               <ul>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">EIGRL takes precedence over the DOMAINSOLVER options. </p>
                  </li>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">DOMAINSOLVER options take precedence over the NASTRAN keyword NUMSEG. </p>
                  </li>
               </ul>
            </li>
            <li>
               <p class="para_item">The hierarchic domain parallel (hdmp) method is a simultaneous application of the geometry and frequency domain normal modes methods. Since the DOMAINSOLVER statement can be used to set only one of either FDMODES or GDMODES, and not both at the same time, DOMAINSOLVER cannot be used with the hdmp method. Instead, keyword submittal is required. In the hdmp method, the number of frequency segments is defined by the NCLUST submittal keyword. The number of geometry partitions is equal to DMP/NCLUST, where DMP is a submittal keyword specifying the number of processors allocated to the task. See &ldquo;Hierarchic DMP (HDMP)&rdquo; in the <em>NX Nastran Numerical Methods User&rsquo;s Guide</em> for more information on this method. 
               </p>
