<B>Description:</B>
Checks if the coordinate system with a given name exists in the given component.
This function will log the checking results.
Input Paramater:
    (String)  file_name  - Ask if work part file or a component file contains at least a saved coordinate with valid name.
                          file_name = "" means to check work_part.
                          file_name = "ALL" means to check all components.
    (String)  valid_name - The valid name of the saved coordinate entity.
                           "ANY" will check all coordinate entity.
    (Name)    log_type   - LOG_NONE, LOG_ERROR, LOG_WARNING, LOG_INFO, LOG_ANY.
    (String)  log_msg    - User defined log message.

<B>Input Arguments:</B>
file_name - Ask if work part file or a component file contains at least a saved coordinate with valid name
valid_name - The valid name of the saved coordinate entity
log_type - LOG_NONE, LOG_ERROR, LOG_WARNING, LOG_INFO, LOG_ANY
log_msg - User defined log message

<B>Returns:</B>
0 - no error
Otherwise, Error - The given coordinate system does not exist in the component
