<B>Description:</B>
Check that the face loop is not self-intersecting with the spike and cut check option.

<B>Input:</B>
       (List) geometry_set - List of geometry set
                                     {all in part option, {geometry entities}}
       (List) topo_tolerances - List of topological tolerances
                                     {distance topological tolerance,
                                      tangent angle topological tolerance,
                                      curvature topological tolerance}
       (List) checking_criteria - List of checking criteria
       (Number)  tolerance         - Distance tolerance
       (Boolean) spike_cut - Check spike and cut
       (Name)    log_option        - LOG_ERROR, LOG_WARNING, LOG_INFO, LOG_NONE.
       (String) message - Character string of error, warning, or info.
       (Number) angle_tol - Angular tolerance for the spike and cut option
                                     which is required by the new VDA checker that uses
                                     the core VDA function to validate parts.
       (Boolean) tiny_edge - TRUE: If the loop has tiny edge, it is self-intersection loop.
                                     FALSE: Ignore tiny edge.

<B>Input Arguments:</B>
geometry_set - List of geometry set
topo_tolerances - List of topological tolerances
checking_criteria - List of checking criteria.
Tolerance - Distance tolerance
spike_cut - Check spike and cut
log_option - LOG_ERROR, LOG_WARNING, LOG_INFO, LOG_NONE
message - Character string of error, warning, or info
angle_tol - Angular tolerance for the spike and cut
tiny_edge - Check tiny edges in loop or not.

<B>Returns:</B>
0     - Passed: No error.
    non 0 - Error: Found self intersecting surface.
