      </table><br><p class="para_topic">You can also import requirements into NX from an XML file. The XML file is in the same format as the one exported from configured Teamcenter Requirements. It also uses the keywords <b class="uiTerm">Compare</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Max</b>, and <b class="uiTerm">Min</b>. You can refer to requirement_xml_example.xml located in the subfolder examples under the UGCHECKMATE_DIR directory (UGII_BASE_DIR\ugcheckmate) as an example.

      <p class="para_topic">To import requirements from an XML file:</p>
      <ol type="1" start="1">
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">Analysis&rarr;Check Requirements</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">From the <b class="uiTerm">Source</b> menu, choose <b class="uiTerm">Spreadsheet or XML file in native file system</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Next to the Project menu, click <b class="uiTerm"> Browser for XML or Excel files</b> button.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Locate and select the XML file. Click <b class="uiTerm">Open</b></p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">The requirements are displayed in the same hierarchy that appears in the XML file. The hierarchy is expanded to show every NX Requirement in the project. A formula is displayed for each NX Requirement that has values defined for the <b class="uiTerm">Compare</b>, <b class="uiTerm">Max</b> and/or <b class="uiTerm">Min</b> properties.
