<B>Description:</B>
Ask the integer tolerance for a checking criterion given the criterion ID.

<B>Input:</B>
    (Integer)  checking_class - 0 for curve class (G-CU)
                                1 for surface and face class (G-SU or G-FA)
                                2 for solid class (G-SO)
                                3 for drawing class
     (String)  sasig_pdq_id   - A string text that represents the SASIG-PDQ ID
                                For example, "G-CU-TI".

<B>Input Arguments:</B>
checking_class - checking class
SASIG_PDQ_ID - A string text that represents the SASIG-PDQ ID.

<B>Returns:</B>
This function returns the integer tolerance for the checking criterion given
the criterion ID.
