<B>Description:</B>
Check for overused edges in a loop of each face. An overused edge connects
more than two faces.

<B>Input:</B>
    (List) geometry_set - List of geometry set
                                    {all in part option, {geometry entities}}
    (List) topo_tolerances - List of topological tolerances
                                    {distance topological tolerance,
                                     tangent angle topological tolerance,
                                     curvature topological tolerance}
    (List) checking_criteria - List of checking criteria.
    (Name)      log_option        - LOG_ERROR, LOG_WARNING, LOG_INFO, LOG_NONE.
    (String) message - Character string of error, warning, or info.

<B>Input Arguments:</B>
geometry_set - List of geometry set
topo_tolerances - List of topological tolerances
checking_criteria - List of checking criteria.
log_option - LOG_ERROR, LOG_WARNING, LOG_INFO, LOG_NONE.
message - Character string of error, warning, or info

<B>Returns:</B>
0 - Passed: No overused edges.
    non 0 - Error: Found overused edges.
Note:
   Objects logged - Overused edge with end points.
