<B>Description:</B>
Checks if the reference set is correctly set in part with component.
For example, if a component's reference set is SOLID then the component must be put
into the SOLID reference set in the assembly.

<B>Input:</B>
    (Name)     log_type - LOG_NONE, LOG_ERROR, LOG_WARNING, LOG_INFO, LOG_ANY
    (String)   log_msg  - User defined log message

<B>Input Arguments:</B>
log_type
log_msg

<B>Returns:</B>
0 - No error
Otherwise, Error - The reference set is not set correctly.
Note:
    The function is replaced by mqc_checkComponentRefSets.
