<B>Description:</B>
ask if the input word is found in the dictionaries or not.

<B>Input:</B>
    ( String )   word            - A word to be checked
    ( String )   user_dictionary - (optional argument)
                                   File specification of dictionary.
                                   The default dictionary file extension name is dic.
                                   For example, 'prt' is an word not in default dictionary.
                                   If user adds 'prt' into a dictionary file and uses this file
                                   as a cumstomer dictionary to check spelling in drafting,
                                   all 'prt' in the drafting will pass the checker.
    ( Boolean )  specified_dic_only?
                               -   If custom dictionaries are specified in Check-Mate,
                                   what to do with the existing MS dictionaries?
                                   TRUE, Only use the custom specified dictionaries, and
                                   Ignore the MS word system dictionaries.
                                   FALSE,Append the specified customer dictionary to
                                   the MS word dictionaries to execute spelling check.
                                   Default is TRUE.
    ( Boolean ) ignoreUppercase? -  (Optional Argument) Check upper case words or not.
                                    TRUE  - Do not check upper case words.
                                    FALSE - Check upper and lower case words.
    ( Boolean )  ignoreMixedDigits?
                                  - (Optional Argument)Check words which has digit or not.
                                    TRUE  - Do not check words which has digit.
                                    FALSE - Check words which has digit.
    ( Boolean )  ignoreInternetAndFileAddresses?
                                  - (Optional Argument)Check file path and internet string or not.
                                    TRUE  - Do not check file path and internet string.
                                    FALSE - check file path and internet string.

word - A word to be checked
