<B>Description:</B>
  Checks for  inconsistent edges in a loop of each face. Inconsistent edges have
  opposite direction from the face loop.

<B>Input:</B>
    (List)      geometry_set      - List of {all_in_part:, {curve_set:},}
    (List)      topo_tolerances   - List of {distance:, tangent_angle:, curvature:}
    (List)      checking_criteria - List of checking criteria.
    (List)      selection_filters - List of selection filters.
    (Name)      log_option        - LOG_ERROR, LOG_WARNING, or LOG_INFO.
    (String)    message           - Error/warning/info message.

0      - Passed - No bad edge order.
