      </table><br><p class="para_topic">You can create a new user Requirement in the <b class="uiTerm">Check Requirements</b> dialog box. You can also create a new user requirement when you create a new check in the <b class="uiTerm">Expressions</b> dialog box or any of the measurement dialog boxes.
      </p>

         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">Analysis&rarr;Check Requirements</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Right-click <b class="uiTerm">User Requirements</b> and select <b class="uiTerm">New Requirement</b>. The <b class="uiTerm">Ad Hoc Requirement</b> dialog box starts.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In the <b class="uiTerm">Requirement Name</b> box, enter <b class="uiTerm">My_REQ</b>.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select &ldquo;<b class="uiTerm">&lt;</b>&rdquo; and enter <b class="uiTerm">80</b> in the text box.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Click <b class="uiTerm">OK</b>. The <b class="uiTerm">Check Requirements</b> dialog box shows a new requirement created under <b class="uiTerm">User Requirements</b>. The requirement name appears in the <b class="uiTerm">Name</b> column and the formula &ldquo;[] &lt; 80&rdquo; appears in the <b class="uiTerm">Formula</b> column. Also, a default check is created under this new requirement with the formula appearing as &ldquo;??&rdquo;.

            <p class="para_item">You can connect this new requirement to an expression follow the steps in Create a check in Check Requirement Dialog.</p>
