      <p class="para_topic">Machine Control allows you to redefine the cutting tool, control whether circular or B-Spline (NURBS) tool motions are allowed in the tool path, enter post processor commands in the tool path, determine spindle axis (for lathe operations), and provide cutter compensation information in the tool path.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">The options in this dialog change based on the selected operation type. </p>
      <p class="para_topic">The Machine Control dialog box provides the following options:</p>

               <p class="para_th">Cutter Compensation</p>

               <p class="para_td">Compensates for variations between the specified size and the actual size of the cutter</p>
               <p class="para_td">Cutter Compensation is a feature provided on many machine tool controllers to compensate for variations between the specified size and the actual size of the cutter. This option helps you to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the part. Although Cutter Compensation can be specified for any processor as a post command, this interactive button is only available in the <b class="uiTerm">Machine Control</b> dialog box for WireEDM and Thread Milling.

               <p class="para_td">Contains paramters required for a tool change such as, tool number, adjust register, and other offsets. </p>

                  <p class="para_note_body">This option is Specify Tool Axis when using Planar and Cavity Mill. Specify Tool Axis enables you to specify a vector defining a fixed tool axis. These options are similar to those used in Fixed and Variable Contour. Refer to Tool Axis for information on each option.</p>
