      <p class="para_topic">Contour allows you to select from four methods to determine the contouring action when the tool contacts the part boundary.</p>

      <p class="para_division">All causes the rough tool to move along the contour of the part boundary (within the limits of each machining pass) over the entire part.</p>

      <div class="title_division">All but Faces</div>
      <p class="para_division">All but Faces causes the rough tool to move along the contour of the part boundary (within the limits of each machining pass) on all but face segments (segments parallel to the YM axis).</p>
      <p class="para_division">When the system encounters a face segment, the tool retracts resulting in no contouring motion along the face.</p>

      <div class="title_figure">Follow All but Faces</div>
      <div class="title_division">All but Steep</div>
      <p class="para_division">All but Steep allows you to designate which segments of the part boundary are to be contoured by specifying a Steep Angle value.</p>
      <p class="para_division">The Steep Angle is measured from the part centerline as an angle between zero and ninety degrees. The tool moves along the contour of the part boundary unless the boundary segment is steeper than the specified Steep Angle value. For example, if you specify an angle of 45 degrees, a segment at a 50-degree angle is not contoured, while a segment at a 40-degree angle is. The default value is 90.0 degrees, which is equivalent to All but Faces. A value of 0 degrees is equivalent to using the None option.</p>
      <p class="para_division">Accept the current Steep Angle value or enter a new value for the limiting angle.</p>

      <p class="para_division">None allows you to suppress all contour motions if they are not needed for that operation.</p>
      <p class="para_division">When the system encounters the part boundary, the tool retracts causing no contouring motion.</p>
