               <p class="para_td">Selects faceted bodies. This is useful if you import the blank from another system. For example, you might have an STL file from scanning a rough  casting, or from a third party system. In the past, <b class="uiTerm">Facets</b> was used to select the in-process workpiece from a previous operation. This is now done automatically with the <b class="uiTerm">In-process Workpiece</b> option on the <b class="uiTerm">Cutting Parameters</b> dialog.

                           <p class="para_note_body">When you use a faceted body as a blank, the faceted body could cover the entire part at the top, but get smaller at lower zlevels. The effect is that the blank is undercut. &nbsp;Tolerant Cavity Milling does not recognize undercuts in the part or the blank geometry. Imagine that the outer extents of the blank are extruded downward, like trim by silhouette. This is what the processor uses as the blank.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Defines an automatic block around the part that is aligned with the active MCS.</p>
               <p class="para_td">For a larger block, either enter values in the six available key-in boxes, or grab a handle and drag it. &nbsp;The software &nbsp;dynamically modifies the values in the key-in boxes as you drag the handle. &nbsp;If there is no part geometry defined, the system will define a block of zero size. &nbsp;</p>

                  <p class="para_note_body"><b class="uiTerm">Auto Block</b> and <b class="uiTerm">Offset from Part</b> are both associative to the part geometry. If the size of the part changes, the blank will also change.
                  </p>

      <div class="title_division">3D In-process Workpiece</div>
      <p class="para_division">When the <b class="uiTerm">Use 3D</b> <b class="uiTerm">In-process Workpiece</b> option is selected, the <b class="uiTerm">Blank Geometry</b> icon  <img align="bottom" src="graphics/blk_geom_icon.gif" border="0"> is replaced with the <b class="uiTerm">Previous IPW</b> icon  <img align="bottom" src="graphics/prev_ipw_icon.gif" border="0">. &nbsp;Click the icon, then click <b class="uiTerm">Display</b> to view the operation's blank. Click <img align="bottom" src="graphics/ipw3dout.gif" border="0"> (<b class="uiTerm">Display Resulting IPW</b>) to display the resultant in-process workpiece generated by the operation.
