      <p class="para_topic">Options displays the Other Parameters dialog box which allows you to generate and review the Tool Path. You can choose one of the following:</p>
      <p class="para_topic">Save Operation has the system save the operation when you choose OK after you generate the operation. The default for this option is on until you toggle it OFF.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Verify Predrill Points</div>
      <p class="para_division">Verify Predrill Points allows you to list and redisplay the predrill points specified in the Planar and Cavity Mill Engage/Retract dialog. After you choose this option, the system displays the predrill points (numbered in sequence) that were generated. You have the following options:</p>
      <p class="para_division">List Points displays the machine coordinate system values (MCS) of each predrill point that you specified.</p>
      <p class="para_division">Redisplay Points redisplays all the predrill points you specified.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Customize Dialog</div>
      <p class="para_division">Customize Dialog allows you to create a dialog box containing only certain options.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Analysis Tools</div>
      <p class="para_division">Analysis Tools is a special option under Tool Path Options called Tool Analysis, which allows you to see regions. &nbsp;This is available only immediately after generating the tool path from Open dialog. &nbsp;Analysis Tools allows you to visually analyze the cutting areas for any anomalies in the tool path in Planar and Cavity Milling. You can view these areas by regions or by levels. You can display all traces such as Part Shape, the Blank Shape, Trim Shape, etc..</p>
      <p class="para_division">One of two analysis dialog boxes will display; the Analysis Tools dialog box or the Analysis Path By Level dialog box. When you Generate a tool path from within Planar or Cavity Mill (not from within the Operation Manager dialog box) and then select Options&gt;Analysis Tools, the Analysis Tools dialog box displays allowing you to visually analyze by cut region or by level. If you select OK from the Planar or Cavity Mill dialog box to return to the Operation Parameters dialog box, the Analysis Path By Level dialog box displays when you select Edit&gt;Options&gt;Analysis Tools, allowing you to visually analyze by level only.</p>

                  <p class="para_note_body">The Analysis Tools button will not display either of the two dialog boxes if the current operation does not contain a tool path or if you delete the tool path by selecting Delete from the Tool Path Actions section of the Operation Parameters dialog box.</p>

      <p class="para_division">The Analysis Path By Level dialog box contains all of the same options as the Analysis Tools dialog box with the exception of the Number of Levels display. The options contained within these two dialog boxes are described below.</p>

      <div class="title_division">Region / Level</div>
      <p class="para_division">The Region and Level buttons allow you to specify the type of cutting areas you wish to display. The selected button determines which options are available in the Analysis Tool dialog box. Level activates the Shape Selection button. Region, when used in combination with Cycle-&rarr; All, activates the Omit Cutting of Region Button.</p>

      <p class="para_division">The Shape Selection button allows you to choose the type of shapes to view at the current level. This button is available only when Level has been selected. Once you have specified the type of shape to view, the Previous and Next arrows will either display the specified shape at each level as you cycle from one level to the next or they will highlight each segment of the specified shape at the current level. The Cycle option described below determines whether the Previous and Next arrows cycle from one shape to the next or from one segment to the next.</p>

               <p class="para_td">Shapes: &nbsp;Display the shapes at the current cut level.</p>
            </td>

               <p class="para_td">A shape is a sequence of curves on a plane at one cut level. &nbsp;There are several shapes that you can use to help you position the tool as you create your tool path.</p>
               <ul>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">Blank Shapes are shapes from the Blank geometry. </p>
                  </li>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">Blank Cut Shapes are the result of offsetting the blank shapes by the tool radius and stock, and then combining them.</p>
                  </li>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">Part Shapes are the cross-section shapes of the Part geometry.</p>
                  </li>
                  <li>
                     <p class="para_item">Part Cut Shapes are the result of offsetting the part shapes by the tool radius and stock, and then combining them.</p>

                     <p class="para_item">Check Shapes are shapes from the Blank geometry. </p>

                     <p class="para_item">Check Cut Shapes are the result offsetting the check shapes by the tool radius and its stock, and then combining them.</p>

                     <p class="para_item">Cut Region (the default) is the current area to be machined. The system determines this by combining the Blank Cut Shapes, Part Cut Shapes, and Check Cut Shapes. There can be several cut regions at a cut level. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

               <p class="para_td">The shapes of the Blank Shapes and Blank Cut Shapes are displayed in the dash font with Blank Geometry color (from &nbsp;menu bar Preferences -&rarr; Operation). Its default color is Pink.</p>
               <p class="para_td">The shapes of the Part Shapes and Part Cut Shapes are displayed in the solid font with Part Geometry color (from menu bar Preferences -&rarr; Operation). Its default color is Magenta. </p>
               <p class="para_td">The shapes of the Check Shapes and Check Cut Shapes are displayed in the solid font with Check Geometry color (from menu bar Preferences -&rarr; Operation). Its default color is Yellow. </p>
               <p class="para_td">The shapes of the Cut Regions are displayed in Magenta for the periphery shape and Yellow for the island shapes. Any segments traced from Part and Check geometry are displayed in solid font, and any segments traced from Blank will be displayed in dash font.</p>

      </table><br><div class="title_division">Cycle</div>
      <p class="para_division">Cycle enables you to specify a subset of shapes selected from the Shape Selection menu. This option determines whether the Previous and Next arrows cycle from one shape to the next or from one segment to the next. All displays all of the specified shapes within each level as you cycle from one level to the next by selecting the Previous or Next arrows. All activates the Current Level option which displays the number of the currently active level. Shape highlights each specified shape in sequence (only within the currently displayed level) as you select the Previous or Next arrows. Segment highlights each segment of the displayed shapes in sequence (only within the currently displayed level) as you select the Previous or Next arrows.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Current Level</div>
      <p class="para_division">Current Level allows you to specify which cut level of the operation you wish to view by keying in a level number. This option is only available when using the Level button and when Cycle is set to All. When using the Previous and Next arrows to cycle through the levels, this field displays the number of the level that is currently displayed.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Defer and Omit Cutting of Region</div>
      <p class="para_division">Defer Cutting of Region allows you to exclude the generation of tool paths within the regions generated by Planar and Cavity Mill operations. This capability allows you to visually inspect the regions to be cut without the associated tool paths being displayed.</p>
      <p class="para_division">A two-step process is recommended. First, defer the cutting of all regions in the operation so that all cut regions can be easily visually inspected. You must first customize the Planar or Cavity Mill dialog box by adding the Defer Cutting of Region button as follows:</p>
      <p class="para_division">Tool Path, Options&gt;Customize Dialog&gt;Defer Cutting of Region</p>
      <p class="para_division">You must then activate the Defer Cutting of Region button and select Generate to generate the cut regions. Be sure Display Cut Regions is toggled on so that the cut regions are displayed on the screen. At this time, you can visually inspect all of the cut regions in the operation without the presents of tool paths interfering in the display.</p>
      <p class="para_division">Second, cutting of undesirable regions can then be omitted selectively. To selectively omit the cutting of regions, you must access the Analysis tools as follows:</p>
      <p class="para_division">Tool Path, Options&gt;Analysis Tools</p>
      <p class="para_division">You will then display the region you wish to omit by using the Previous and Next arrows and then activate the Omit Cutting of Region button for that region. This option is only available when the Region button in the Analysis Tools dialog box is activated. Continue displaying regions and activating the Omit Cutting of Region button for each region you wish to exclude from cutting. Once you have specified all the regions you wish to omit, select OK to return to the Planar or Cavity Mill operation dialog box, turn Off the Defer Cutting of Region button (in Planar or Cavity Mill operation dialog box), and select Generate. All regions will be cut that have not been explicitly excluded. The On/Off status of the Omit Cutting of Region button is not saved with the operation.</p>
      <p class="para_division">If you set or change the following parameters and geometry, the processor will retrace the geometry and ignore all regions marked as Omit:</p>

      <div class="title_division">Save as Boundary</div>
      <p class="para_division">Save as Boundary creates a permanent boundary from the currently displayed shapes.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Previous and Next arrows</div>
      <p class="para_division">The Previous and Next arrows allow you to cycle through the levels, shapes, or segments (depending on the specified Cycle) of the current operation. Each time you select an arrow, the previous or next level, shape, or segment is displayed.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Show Cut</div>
      <p class="para_division">Show Cut displays the tool path of the current level.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Edit Display</div>
      <p class="para_division">Edit Display presents the Display Options dialog box, allowing you to change the visual characteristics of the cut levels when displayed.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Dump Level</div>
      <p class="para_division">This option is only available when using the Level button and when Cycle is set to All. Dump Level allows you to write just the current level to a file so that problems occurring in that level can be analyzed by CAM Development.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Number of Levels</div>
      <p class="para_division">Number of Levels displays only in the Analysis Path By Level dialog box. This readout displays a number indicating the total number of cut levels in the current operation.</p>
