      <p class="para_topic">This function asks for a certain feature value. This can be either a feature parameter name like &quot;Diameter&quot; for a base feature such as simple hole, or an object or feature attribute associated with the feature's geometric entities. This assumes that the parameter or attribute exists for this feature. If you use this function you should first use the ug_oper_hasFeatureAttribute() function to verify that the feature has the required attribute.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Examples of How to Use ug_oper_askFeatureValue()</div><pre class="indent">if ug_oper_hasFeatureAttribute(&quot;Diameter&quot;) then
ug_oper_askFeatureValue(&quot;Diameter&quot;) else 0</pre><p class="para_division">Returns the value for diameter on a feature if diameter is found.</p><pre class="indent">ug_oper_askFeatureAttributeValue(&quot;C-Sink Angle&quot;) </pre><p class="para_division">Returns the value for c-sink angle (countersink hole). </p><pre class="indent">ug_oper_askFeatureAttributeValue(&quot;C-Bore Diameter&quot;) </pre><p class="para_division">Returns the value for c-bore diameter (counterbore hole). </p><pre class="indent">ug_oper_askFeatureAttributeValue(&quot;Pitch&quot;) </pre><p class="para_division">You can replace &quot;Pitch&quot; with other parameters such as callout, length or any other symbolic thread parameter. Then it returns the respective value (symbolic thread or simple hole, counterbore hole and countersink hole linked to a symbolic thread). </p><pre class="indent">ug_oper_askFeatureAttributeValue(&quot;Tolerance&quot;) </pre><p class="para_division">Returns the value for tolerance (attached as an object or KF attribute to any feature).</p>
