      <p class="para_topic">In the following steps, you will create a Mill Boundary group inside of the TOP MCS group. This group will contain boundaries defining Part geometry which will be used by several Planar Mill operations to rough and finish the pocket.</p>

      <ul>

            <p class="para_item">Choose the Create Geometry icon in the main menu bar to open the Create Geometry dialog box.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In the Create Geometry dialog box, specify mill_planar as the Type (a below). This will once again allow you to choose from templates appropriate for planar milling operations.</p>

            <p class="para_item">Choose the Mill_Boundary (b above) button. Choose TOP (c above) in the Parent option menu.</p>

         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Key in the word POCKET in the Name field (d above). This is the name of the Mill Boundary group that will appear in the Operation Navigator.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose OK (e above). This displays a dialog box that enables you to specify boundaries defining Part, Blank and Check geometry to be used by subsequent operations.</p>
         </li>
      </ul>

         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose the Part toggle (if it is not already chosen) and Select. This displays the Part Boundary dialog box.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose Face_Boundary and toggle Ignore Holes to the Off position.</p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Select the face as indicated in the following figure and OK to accept it.</p>
         </li>

            <p class="para_item">Select OK in the Part Boundary dialog box and OK in the Mill_Bnd dialog box to create the POCKET Mill Boundary Group and return you to the Create Geometry dialog box.</p>
