      <p class="para_topic">Standard Bore, Back activates a standard back boring cycle at each selected CL-point. The system generates a CYCLE statement of the form:</p>
      <p class="para_topic">CYCLE/BORE,BACK,q,parameters</p>
      <p class="para_topic">where the words in upper case letters are standard APT vocabulary words, q represents the spindle orient value, and parameters represents the appropriate supporting cycle parameters.</p>
      <p class="para_topic">Resultant motions are dependent upon the target machine tool and postprocessor. However, a typical back boring sequence consists of a spindle stop and orient, offset motion perpendicular to the tool axis and in the direction of the spindle orient, dead spindle feed into the hole, offset motion back to the center of the hole, spindle start, and feed back out of the hole.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Spindle Orientation</div>
      <p class="para_division">When you choose this option, the system prompts you for the spindle Orientation Value.</p>
      <p class="para_division">If you choose None, the system omits the spindle orient &quot;q&quot; value in the CYCLE statement and displays the Specify Number Of Cycle Parameter Sets menu.</p>
      <p class="para_division">If you choose Specify, enter a value which is dependent upon the target machine tool and postprocessor. It is typically an angular position for the spindle orient or a distance for the offset motion.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Standard Bore, Manual</div>
      <p class="para_division">Standard - Bore, Manual activates a standard bore cycle with manual spindle retract at each selected CL-point. The system generates a CYCLE statement of the form:</p>
      <p class="para_division">CYCLE/BORE,MANUAL,parameters</p>
      <p class="para_division">where the words in upper case letters are standard APT vocabulary words and &quot;parameters&quot; represents the appropriate supporting cycle parameters.</p>
      <p class="para_division">Resultant motions are dependent upon the target machine tool and postprocessor. However, a typical bore manual sequence consists of a feed to depth, spindle stop, and program stop to allow the operator to manually retract the spindle out of the hole.</p>
