      </table><br><p class="para_topic">You can choose to exclude specific boundary members for machining. To ignore boundary members:</p>

         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In the  <a class="links" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="top.openFile('mfgturning/turn_stock_options.html');return(false);">Part Boundary dialog</a>, choose <b class="uiTerm">Ignore Members</b>. The <b class="uiTerm">Ignore Members</b> dialog opens with the <b class="uiTerm">Start Member</b> icon <img align="bottom" src="graphics/avoid_start_member.gif" border="0"> activated.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">You can select a group of boundary members or several groups of boundary members to ignore. </p>
            <ul>
               <li>
                  <p class="para_item">To select a group of boundary members:</p>
                  <ol type="a" start="1">
                     <li>
                        <p class="para_item">Select the first boundary member. The system automatically activates the <b class="uiTerm">End Member</b> icon <img align="bottom" src="graphics/avoid_end_member.gif" border="0">.

                        <p class="para_item">Select the last boundary&nbsp;member in the group. The system highlights the group of boundary elements.</p>
                     </li>
                     <li>
                        <p class="para_item">Click <b class="uiTerm">OK</b>.

                  <p class="para_item">To select several groups of boundary members, follow the steps above but click <b class="uiTerm">Apply</b> instead of <b class="uiTerm">OK</b>. The <b class="uiTerm">Start Member</b> icon <img align="bottom" src="graphics/avoid_start_member.gif" border="0"> is activated again and you can then continue to select the groups of boundary segments you want to ignore.
                  </p>
               </li>
            </ul>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">When your selection is complete, select <b class="uiTerm">OK</b>. The system omits the ignored members from the boundary and closes any resulting gaps. Any stock is applied to this new boundary.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose <b class="uiTerm">Preview</b> to view the current status of your boundary. 
            </p>
         </li>
      </ol>
      <p class="para_topic">You can reinstate the excluded boundary members at any time. To do this, proceed as follows:</p>

         <li>
            <p class="para_item">In the <b class="uiTerm">Part Boundary</b> dialog, choose <b class="uiTerm">Ignore Members</b>. The <b class="uiTerm">Ignore Members</b> dialog opens with the <b class="uiTerm">Start Member</b> icon <img align="bottom" src="graphics/avoid_start_member.gif" border="0"> activated.
            </p>
         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">Choose the <b class="uiTerm">Reinstate</b> option on the <b class="uiTerm">Ignore Members dialog</b>.

         </li>
         <li>
            <p class="para_item">You can now select a group of boundary members or several groups of boundary members to reinstate. </p>
            <ul>
               <li>
                  <p class="para_item">To select a group of boundary members:</p>
                  <ol type="a" start="1">
                     <li>
                        <p class="para_item">Select the first boundary member. The system activates the <b class="uiTerm">End Member</b> icon <img align="bottom" src="graphics/avoid_end_member.gif" border="0">.

                        <p class="para_item">Select the last boundary&nbsp;member in the group. The system highlights the group of boundary elements.</p>
