      <p class="para_topic">The Cut Type option toggles between ZIG-ZAG and ZIG (Area Milling).</p>
      <div class="title_division">Zig-Zag</div>
      <p class="para_division">ZIG-ZAG cuts the surface(s) using parallel back-and-forth passes with the tool maintaining contact with the part surface.</p>
      <p class="para_division">The retracts to the clearance plane and the engages to the part surface display when you choose Redisplay Tool Path on the Generation Complete dialog.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Zig</div>
      <p class="para_division">ZIG generates a tool path using parallel passes in one direction only. At the end of each pass, the tool retracts from the part surface, travels to where the next cut is to begin, and engages the part surface to begin the next pass. If you wish the tool to lift off of the part, you must define a clearance plane or engage and retract vectors, or both.</p>
