      <div class="title_division">Radial Clear, Axial Clearance</div>
      <p class="para_division">Radial Clear and Axial Clearance define a safe distance from the workpiece along the radial axis, for positioning moves to the Start and Return points.</p>
      <p class="para_division">The Specify suboption allows you to select an existing line which is parallel to the center line to represent the desired Clearance Line from which the offset is to be calculated. When you specify a new Radial Clearance, the system deletes any previous Radial Clearance. If the line is not parallel to the spindle axis, the error message Line Must Be Parallel To Spindle Axis appears.</p>
      <p class="para_division">After you select the Clearance Line, you are prompted to specify the desired offset from this line. Specify the desired offset distance from the Clearance Line you indicated. The system then displays an axial line and the Radial Clearance symbol &quot;RCL&quot; at the offset distance from the Clearance Line you previously selected.</p>
      <p class="para_division">The Verify suboption is used to verify the location of an ACTIVE or INACTIVE Radial Clearance.</p>

            <td bgcolor="#f4f4f4" colspan="1" rowspan="1">
               <p class="para_td">&nbsp;is the clearance line used for avoidance for the operation.</p>
            </td>

      </table><br><p class="para_division">The status may be reflected as NONE, ACTIVE or INACTIVE. NONE indicates that no Radial Clearance has been defined. ACTIVE and INACTIVE define whether or not the existing Radial Clearance is to be incorporated into the current tool path.</p>
      <div class="title_division">Start Move</div>
      <p class="para_division">Start Move allows you to specify the method to use when moving between the FROM point and the user defined START point (which must both be defined). The motion is executed only between the FROM point and the user defined START point.</p>

      <p class="para_division">Return Move allows you to specify the method to use for the safe Return movement of tools.</p>

      <p class="para_division">The figure above shows the Avoidance Geometry and Engage/Retract interaction using a Clearance Plane at the beginning of the tool path and Minimum Clearance at the end. The Clearance Plane is parallel to the part surface and the Tool Axis is normal to the part surface.</p>
